Everyone has spend those days solving some Linear Equation. The Equations were to find or prove about LHS & RHS. As an below average student i somehow managed to do that for time being. But I wasn't knowing How it is going to impact me in my earlier 20's.
So here we are witnessing one of the most complicated equations of decade. Is it a complicated Equation or simple one is made complicated.
While Scratching solution i landed to Article 239 of Indian Constitution. Article 239 describes the whole picture. As per 69th Amendment, Article 239 the Union Territory of Delhi was renamed to National Capital Territory of Delhi. This article says about union territories.
Under Article 239,
Every Union territory shall be governed administered by President acting, to such extent as he thinks off, through an administrator to be appointed by him with such designation as he may specify.
239AA Describes about NCT. 239AA(3) grants legislative assembly the power to make laws with respect to all except 3 things, which relates to Public Order, Police, Land and Services.

Delhi is facing an identity crisis. And as per my predictions this will
hopefully result - Delhi as a state soon.
